The following messages can be recorded and sent using the newly developed Excel templates:
- Standard and non-standard contracts
- Gas Capacity,
- LNG,
- Gas Storage,
- Electricity Transportation (ElectricityTotalAllocation, ElectricityRights)
- Electricity Nomination
Excel templates for other message types are provided as required.
Features
- Contract Form: Allows users to create standard and non-standard contracts by entering the required information.
- Languages: Available in English and German.
- Mandatory and Optional Fields: Fields are color-coded to indicate which are mandatory and which are optional.

Web Form
The WebForms allow market participants to easily create, manage, and report REMITTable1 and REMITTable2 transactions. Through the platform, users can:
- Create New Records: Users can input the required transaction details, including Market Participant, Energy Type, Price, and Quantity. The system ensures that all mandatory fields are completed and allows the manual generation of Unique Transaction Identifiers (UTI).
- Edit, Modify, or Delete Records: Depending on the status of the record (DRAFT or SENT), users can edit or delete records, and modify details when necessary.
- Generate XML Files: Once records are validated, users can download them as XML files for submission.
- Template-Based Record Creation: Users can create new records from existing templates, with the option to modify, cancel, or mark errors as needed, subject to the chain rules.
- Status Tracking: Each record’s status (e.g., Pending, Accepted, Rejected) is tracked, and users can monitor the status of the transactions through ACER or ELCOM reporting.
- Validation and Error Handling: The platform performs real-time validation checks for field accuracy, ensuring compliance with REMIT regulations before records are finalized.
- Mirror Deals: The Mirror Deals feature allows users to create paired records for the counterparty, ensuring proper matching of transactions.
The platform simplifies the REMIT reporting process by ensuring accuracy, real-time validation, and offering full transactional history tracking.
SFTP
The RRM Service supports data upload and download via Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP).
- Data Exchange: Users can upload data files, receive validation receipts, and download reports through SFTP.
- File Formats: File uploads are supported in XML and CSV formats.
- Error Handling: Errors during data upload are identified in validation receipts, which include detailed error codes, descriptions, and advice on how to resolve issues.
- Security & Access: The Webware Application Firewall ensures secure communication by limiting access to predefined IPs. Additionally, data exchange is protected via encrypted connections.
- Help & Support: Extensive help texts are available, and support can be reached through the Webware Central Service Desk via email or phone.
This service enables efficient and secure compliance with REMIT reporting requirements, offering user-friendly interfaces and robust technical support.
API
The RRM Service API provides an automated interface for interacting with the REMIT reporting platform. It allows market participants to integrate their systems with REMITCloud for data submission and status tracking.
Key Features:
- File Upload: Users can upload XML files for REMIT reporting, with processing done through ACER and ELCOM.
- Deal Submission: Send structured REMIT data as JSON, allowing seamless integration with the REMIT reporting schema (REMIT Table 1 and 2).
- File Status Tracking: Retrieve the current status, processing history, and responses (from RRM, ACER, and ELCOM) for each file.
- Error Handling: The API provides clear error codes and descriptions for failed requests, ensuring smooth error management.
- Webhooks: Automatically receive status updates when file processing events occur, eliminating the need for constant polling.
- Security: Authentication is handled via Bearer Tokens for secure and authorized access to the API endpoints.
- Retrieve File History: Access detailed processing history for each file, including submission events and response status.
This API enables seamless automation of REMIT reporting, making the process more efficient and integrated into existing systems.
