Our Service
We provide a comprehensive Representative Service for companies established outside the European Union and Switzerland. Our service helps non-EU and non-Swiss market participants comply with the applicable REMIT and Swiss energy market reporting obligations.
- Under REMIT Regulation (EU) No. 1227/2011, market participants established outside the EU are required to designate a representative in an EU Member State in which they are active. This representative acts as the official point of contact for communication with the competent National Regulatory Authority and supports the fulfilment of REMIT-related obligations.
- Similarly, non-Swiss market participants that are subject to Swiss energy market reporting requirements must designate a representative in Switzerland in order to comply with ElCom/BATE reporting obligations.
With our Representative Service, we act as your official regulatory liaison in the EU and Switzerland. We support communication with the relevant authorities and help ensure that your energy market activities, including transaction data and fundamental data reporting, are handled accurately, securely and on time.
Our service is especially suitable for companies trading or active in European and Swiss wholesale energy markets that do not have their own legal presence in the EU or Switzerland but are still subject to REMIT or ElCom reporting requirements.

- The appointment and registration of the representative are managed via the CEREMP system.
