Advice on Legal Issues
Together with the Betreuungsgesellschaft für Umweltfragen Dr. Poppe Ag (BfU AG) and CertLex AG, a comprehensive support concept can be offered. While the identification of the reporting obligations is carried out by the technical experts of BfU AG, subsequent legal monitoring can be carried out by the online legal information system CertLex. This ensures that reporting obligations are fulfilled in a legally compliant manner and that requirements are continuously monitored.
